Hi,
I am getting this error while integrating Kayako API
Fatal error: Call to a member function geteventdata() on a non-object in includes/functions.php
My kayako version is 3.20.02
I am using the Native PHP Class to get the submitted tickets. The error occurs when i included "integrationapi/lib/api.class.php".
I am using symfony framework

You get that error as soon as you include api.class.php? You don't call any methods of the CBS_KayakoAPI class?
Does the error message tell you which line number of includes/functions.php the error occurred on?

I've just posted a new topic about setting a PHP error handler that includes a backtrace so we can investigate the problem in more detail. Please follow those instructions and post the result in this thread, then we can hopefully figure out what's wrong

If anyone else is having problems, try replacing the api.class.php file with the one attached.

Internally, we have been trying to develop something using this and the developer has found that it occurs only when nusoap.php is included at the same time as trying to do api.class.php.
Maybe this will help you fix the problem.

Ok, my last post was incorrect. It is actually an issue with functions in the two pieces of software conflicting. If this happens, you must use the SOAP API.
