Setting up the Migration Tool is very simple. Just follow the steps below.

1. Unzip the package using a tool like WinZip or WinRAR.

2. Upload attachment_migration.php to the root of your Kayako installation.

3. Go to yourdomain.com/helpdesk/attachment_migration.php.

4. Click the "Migrate all to Files Directory" or "Migrate all to Database".

5. Delete the attachment_migration.php file. This step is important as anybody has access to this file unless it is deleted.
