Hi,
I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS - the Lucid Lynx - and have downloaded and installed the add-on, enabled it, and restarted FF.
However I'm not seeing it anywhere in FF (version 3.6.13) and when right clicking on Navigation bar I only see options for ticking "Navigation Toolbar" and "Bookmarks Toolbar".
Am I doing anything incorrectly?
Regards,
Suhail.

Hello Suhail,
A known fix is to download version 3.5.x of Firefox, install that, install the plugin and then reinstall 3.6.x.

This worked! Your FF plugin is brilliant! Kudos to you all
Here are the steps for anyone else who'd like to know:
1.) Remove FireFox via Ubuntu Software Manager or commandline.
2.) Remove FF, download 3.5
cd /usr/lib/ rm -fr firefox/ wget -O – ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/3.5/linux-i686/en-US/firefox-3.5.tar.bz2 tar xvjf firefox-3.5.tar.bz2 cd /firefox ./firefox
3.) When FF loads up, enable the Kayako plugin, configure and test.
4.) If working, re-install the latest FF via Ubuntu Software Manager.
Regards,
Suhail.
