Firefox client for kayako Typing issue

Hi,

I am using Firefox client for kayako with version 1.0.3 and my operating system is centos 5.6 32bit. I am using firefox with version 3.6 (latest).

The issue is when I type the letters in the live chat some letters are missing and I have to retype it again and again. This is very frustrating.

Also I receive the incoming chat with 1 minute delay and we have tested it locally too.

Is the issue is with the linux operating system?
