Unable to add new Accounts

HI,

I installed FireFox_Client_for_Kayako_1.0.3.xpi I am seeing not options in Navigation toolbar to add a new account. Please check the snapshot. Under Add-ons it shows installed.

Unable to click(both right and left) preference button under Add-ons in firefox.
