The radio has arrived and I have connected to the computer but using the windows standalone application I keep getting the message "invalid port selection" This occurs regardless of whether I select "USB Serial Port (COM3)" or "Communications Port "COM1)" These are the only 2 options I get. This is on my desktop PC (Carputer not quite set up as yet - in progress)

Hello,
Please make sure you are using the latest version from http://www.craigbras.../standalone.zip and also try the raw application from http://www.craigbrass.net/radio.zip
If neither work, could you please contact us using http://www.coolappla...t_us/index.html and provide Team Viewer access so we can take a look?

Have upgraded to .net 4 and still doesn't work with the freshly downloaded standalone application
Using the raw application it connects no worries, but the application itself does nothing. no matter what I click on there is no response

I assume you mean live help? I would like to do that however live help is never online when I am. I have tried before I go to work as well as after I get home and it is either outside your hours due to the time difference or live help is unavailable.

Sorry you were inspecific. I thought you meant something like remote access which would require live access
