Newest Version same problem

I just downloaded the newest version of the Kayako Live Chat app for Winmo.

I have still the same problem I had when I bought it more then a year ago. The problem is the same as described in the older thread. After 1 year of buying the app I could not use it one single time.

I thought this update would fix this but it did not. I wiped the OS several times from my phone since then and this really doesnt seem to be a problem with the OS or phone but with the App as another persona reported the same problem.

The problem explained again is like this:

1) Phone User connects to the Kayako server fine. Via Wifi or via 3G it doesnt matter, the connection is ok. Chat icon appears online in the website.

2) Visitor enters chat data in the website and starts the chat.

3) Phone users receives the new pending chat alert ok. You click accept and it works fine.

4) Visitors says the chat has started and receives the welcome text

5) Phone users doesnt see the welcome text send but the user data like name and email from the chatter appears in the upper chat windows.

6) Visitors sends "Hello" message. Hello is displayed in his chat window in the browser.

7) Phone users doesnt see anything. Blank screen

8) Phone users sends "Hello there" text.

9) Visitors receives "Hello there" and the message is displayed correctly

10) Phone users still has a blank screen. He doesn't see anything, neither his text send or the one received by the visitor

The icon is marked in the Today screen. I tested with the Kayako client checked or unchecked.
I reinstalled the OS and it did not fixed. I tested it in Winmo 6.0 and 6.1 same problem in both.

I tested it with Wifi, 3G on 4 different carriers in the South America, US and Europe. Did not worked.

No matter what I do the app just doesnt work. The phone is a HTC TyN II (Kaiser). I dont have a problem with a single app but this. All others always worked correctly.

I cannot send a support Ticket because I dont seem to have a support account. And I also did that in the past and never received a reply back with a solution. Please see this:

It must have took more then a year since I send those log files and still having the same problem. I hate to pin on this but I paid for an app which I never could use, not even a single time since it never worked not even in the trial. I just purchased it because I thought it was something with the trial license, but the paid one doesnt work either. This new version did not as well.

I do apologise for this. It was actually pinned down to an issue in Kayako's JavaScript coding to refresh the chat text. We have a patch file for this if you wish to contact us via the help desk in the client area.
