We are using
firefox: Firefox/3.0.14, Mozilla/5.0
Linux: centos 5.4
latest firefox kayako plugin
When I login to one of the staff account in windows using firefox 3.6.6. and window 7 I have no problems add notes or transferring tickets.
When our tech logins into the same staff account but on his system (above), he cannot add notes or transfer tickets.
Please let us know how to solve this.

Hello,
Our Firefox application is just a ticket notifier. It doesn't control replying / transferring / adding notes to tickets. If this is happening, it is a Kayako issue.
Out of interest, what error do you get when you try to add a note, etc?
