How to set sound alerts to new tickets? How to set sound alert to new tickets?

Hello,

I have already installed Ticket Client on my Blackberry (Bold 9000) and its working great.

But when new ticket arrive im only getting notified by the litlle icon that shows in top of blackberry screen.

So how do i setup to have a sound alert (like when new email arrives) for new tickets alert?

Hello,

The application will use the same profile for alerts as SMS.

Hello,

I have defined the normal profile that has set sounds for sms. But when a new kayako notification is made
it still dont have sound notification and red light nofification.

Can you help me on this? Is there something that i have to change on my blackberry?

Hello,

Can you try to resolve the bug in the next days? Or will i have to wait several weeks/months to have
a new version with the bug corrected?

I ask this because at the momment im trying the Trial version and im very interested in buying this app,
but it is useless to me without sound notification. So it would be great to have an update in the next days.

Hello,

We looked into this last night and if you go into Profiles, you should be able to go into the Other section and see "Ticket Client for Kayako" listed. This defines the profile for this application only. Do you not see this?

Hello,

I have already check the sound profiles options and i it dows not show any option for Kayako Ticket.

Im using blackberry bold 9000 (v4.6.0.247).

Can you give me advice or test in a phone similar to mine?

its working! i had to make a full restart and now the kayako alert ticket already shows in soud profile

Thats actually correct. After the app is installed, remove the battery and restart the phone. Once that is done the sound alert notification for the app option shows up in the profile.

That is interesting. Really it should be showing them right after install. I will get the developer to look into this.
