Is this compatible with Firefox 3.6? Installed it with FF 3.6 on Mac OSX and it shows installed, but the prefences button doesn't work, and it's not a toolbar option either.

It works fine for me under 3.6 on Windows. I will try tomorrow on the Mac Mini I have at the office.

Wiped it off and started again, but unfortunately the same thing.
Shows enabled in FF addons, but again no actions on clicking 'Preferences' and no toolbar, very confused!

I am also having the same problem. No issues in anything other than FF3.6. If it makes any difference we are running XP on all of our machines. I don't have a Vista / 7 box to test on in the office in case this is a OS specific issue.

For the time being I have rolled all of our machines back to the previous version.

I'll give it a go on a Mac to see if this shows the same symptoms.

Many thanks for this great plugin.

Hi,

I also have the problem on Windows Vista.

When I click 'Preferences' it freezes the addons window. I can navigate ok in the other firefox windows.
If I want to close it I have to shut firefox down by shutting the process down :(

The tool bar also doesn't show up, and it is not in the toolbar options either.

Hey Guys I'm Having the same problem as decribed above, I've attached an image of the addons I have. I've tried disabling the AVG plugin and still no go. Would love to see this resolved, and thanks for making this plugin, I look forward to getting it going and trying it out.

Hi all,

Having the same problem with one of our new staff members. He has Windows 7 (32 bit) and is using Firefox (version 3.6.3). After installing this plugin the toolbox option doesn't become available and after clicking on the 'Options' button for the plugin listed with the extensions the window freezes (no new window opens). As has been reported before other Firefox windows work fine and are unaffected.

Are there any plans to fix this incompatibility issue?

We do plan to fix this but due to development commitments on our paid products, this is sadly down the queue a little. We will eventually push a fix out, though.

I had version 0.0.22 and it worked just fine in FF 3.6.3. I upgraded not knowing there were compatibility issues. It of course doesn't work. How can I get one of the older releases to get it working again?

On my mac I was able to uninstall the client add-on from FF 3.6.3 and then download FF version 3.5.9 http://www.mozilla.c.../all-older.html . I then ran Firefox 3.5.9 from the .dmg image. From there I downloaded the latest version of the client addon and install it and configure it for my help desk. I then closed firefox 3.5.9 and open 3.6.3 and the addon continues to work, and I could edit the options still.

I just did the same thing that Adam did but under Windows. I installed 3.5.9 over my 3.6.3, then reinstalled the latest release of the plugin and it worked. I was then able to upgrade to FF 3.6.3 again and all still works. Hope this helps somebody!

I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 and FF 3.6.10 and this isn't working. Same as what others said: no toolbar or functioning preferences button. Any ETA on fix?
