- Random alerts - For some reason, I am getting alerts from departments that I should not be. In the settings for the website I have unchecked "Notify of New Tickets" (but I do have "Notify of New Ticket Replies" checked), however, I occasionally get alerts from new tickets -- seemingly at random.
- Timeout errors - Every so often (maybe 1 or 2 times a day), I will get an alert saying that the add-on was unable to connect to the server to check for tickets. Check my passwords, etc. Not sure why this happens, but I would prefer for this to just go away completely. Maybe is 2 or 3 times in a row it can't connect let me know, but the occasional failure isn't a big deal to me.
- Department unhideable? - For whatever reason, I have 1 department that just won't go away, despite being listed in my Department Hide List. The department is "Customer Praises, etc.", and I'm not sure if it is the comma or the period at the end, or something unrelated, but it doesn't seem to go away.
If these three issues were resolved (or even just 1 and 2), I would immediately share this with all of my co-workers for them to use. As it sits, however, I think they would be annoyed by the random alerts that come up. Also, I'm not sure if its possible given the restraints of add-ons, but if there is anyway to make the message alerts less obtrusive (they get in the way of my typing), that would be a HUGE plus as well.

EDIT: Probably helpful to tell you that I am on Firefox 3.6, but I think I have experienced these issues since 3.0. I am also using version 1.0.3 of your add-on to monitor 1 website/1 instance of Kayako eSupport.
