Great API - worked like a charm.

However, I would like to add to this list a getTicket method which does not require a user email address as input. For instance, I'm interested in fetching all tickets which are currently open and unassigned. It seems that I can't do that as of now without adding a custom method myself, and that makes the API unusable for me, sadly.

The API is an Integration API for the client side. What you are trying to do sounds like for staff side. As such, the API does not support this.

You are best waiting for Kayako V4 which will have an API inbuilt which will allow this.

Craig,

Would you develop in C#.NET the Kayako Mobile ?
