We're using the firefox plugin and love it. That said, we're having a problem where typing in the live chat window is intermittent. For each word you type it might be missing one or two characters when you're done typing. To remedy this, we have a text window open and type our responses there and paste them into the chat window once the response is written. Is this a common problem on OSX? Our entire office seems to be experiencing the same issue. Is there a setting that we can use to fix it?

We have the same issue in Leopard and Snow Leopard. My FF version is 3.5.5

Thanks again for a wonderful program!

This is an issue we are aware of and is on our to do list. We should have a new version out in the new year.

Not to nag, but I was curious if there was any headway regarding this issue? I'm digging the extension, though this is mildly obnoxious.

I'd be willing to pay a nominal license fee as well - the software you've released has been stunning thus far. Keep up the good work :)

I would be interested in getting a status update on this as well... thanks.
