Can I turn off ticket notifications?

First of all... Thank you for creating this wonderful plugin. My company uses Macs and we have not been able to take advantage of Live Support until now. Great idea and excellent execution! It works great.

That said, we have one question about the plugin. Is there any way to disable ticket notifications? We get a lot of messages and the javascript alerts are making it difficult to work in the browser. We're using the plugin exclusively for the Live Support feature and would like to disable the ticket side of things.

Ooops. I found it under the account settings tab. Not sure why I didn't notice that, but problem solved...
