This is Johnny Halverson. I have a new Storm. I have a new PIN. I can email the new PIN to you so you can send me a new serial number.

Let me know how to proceed.

Hello Johnny,

Please send an email in with your old PIN and old serial and your new PIN and we will generate you a new serial.
