Whenever a new ticket is submitted via the API, it updates the queue "Open" totals incorrectly.
For example...If there are 2 tickets open in Priority Support it will show this:

On Hold
Closed
Standard Support
Open
On Hold
Closed
Open (2)
On Hold
Closed
Standard Support
Open
On Hold
Closed
However if a new ticket is then submitted via the API to Standard Support, it incorrectly updates the queue totals on the other queues, making them show this:
Quote
Priority Support
Open
On Hold
Closed
Standard Support
Open (1)
On Hold
Closed
Open
On Hold
Closed
Standard Support
Open (1)
On Hold
Closed
Any ideas?
