Bug related to ticketSubmit function...Updating queue status totals incorrectly

Greetings,

Whenever a new ticket is submitted via the API, it updates the queue "Open" totals incorrectly.

For example...If there are 2 tickets open in Priority Support it will show this:

Quote

Priority Support
Open (2)
On Hold
Closed

Standard Support
Open
On Hold
Closed


However if a new ticket is then submitted via the API to Standard Support, it incorrectly updates the queue totals on the other queues, making them show this:

Quote

Priority Support
Open
On Hold
Closed

Standard Support
Open (1)
On Hold
Closed


Any ideas?

I think this is related to the fact we are not updating the relevant tables to do with these. I will look into a fix.

We came across this bug in an internal project and have now fixed it. The latest build (1.0.8) will be released in the next few hours. Apologies for the delay.
