Hi,
Is it possible to obtain Ticket details (ticket id) based on Ticket mask ? Assuming that my application is parsing an e-mail to extract Ticket mask from Subject header, but sender of mail might not be ticket owner, I cannot use getSubmittedTickets() to retrieve a list of tickets since sender email might not be ticket owner. Also, getSubmittedTicket function requires both email and ticket id, but not Ticket mask. I guess it would require a new API function: getSubmittedTicket($user,$pass,$ticketMask), right ? Thank you!

Not currently, no. You would need to modify the API to do this.
