Error " ???kayako.settings.title???" Error after install plugin

hello all,


i have a problem..

???kayako.settings.title???
Plugin installation failed. Reinstall and try again.

appear when try config plugin :( i try reninstall 3 times somebody can help me?? i have openfire 3.6.2

Have you tried uninstalling, restarting OpenFire and then reinstalling?

Same issue here, reinstalled, restarted openfire i have tried it all.

anny ideas?

i am using Openfire 3.6.4 with external mysql database.
The tables are present in de database

solved :D

I renamed OpenFire_Ticket_Alert_Tool_1.0.0.jar file to kayako.jar, uploaded it. After plugin install i restarted opefire and it is all working now! B)
