Department name of 2 words

I have a problem: if a department name has more than 1 word, filter to hide seems not working, do you confirm?

I noticed this too. I tried adding %20 as the space for the department. It worked for me.

I.e.

For a department titled :

Customer Support

Use

Customer%20Support
