Today tested 1.0.3 version and found 3 problems:

- I would like to be "OnLine" without opening Live Sypport Window (my PC work slowly when a lot of visitors on site)
- Not shown correctly russian lanfuage (I use UTF-8): http://i26.tinypic.com/xmvo6d.png
- Not work "Send" button sad.gif

If you can - please, fix it. We would be very happy smile.gif

Please try getting last two to occur and then saving a log. This doesn't have anything in we can use.

I see incorrect russian text as in screenshot all time - I can't understand what you want to find in log... No crashed FF, no error messages... Only bugs as I described.

The log provides more information about it than you may think. As an alternative, you can PM me some login details to your help desk if you like then we can test it directly.
