I am a longtime Kayako and eSupport Support Suite Live Response user. I tried to follow all of the setup instructions the best I could. Here is the error message I get "Error: Invalid server response. You may need to add content type code."
This is what I have done.
1. Installed OTA version 1.0.3 Build Date 7th July 2009.
2. Name: Auto PlusXP Live Support (same as I have on my live response software)
3. URL: "http://www.support.rebsi.com" (try it out)
4. Username: (used my staff / admin Kayako login username)
5. Password: (used my staff / admin Kayako login password)
6. Background Checking: (set to 15 minutes) was not sure about this.
Another thing, I have the blue boarder background surrounding the application. I found on your forum the other post and following the link and instructions for disabling the compatibility mode, restarted the application but it is still the same.
Please advise,
Johnny

Hello Johnny,
See http://forums.kayako.com/f52/blackberry-ti...t-kayako-22099/
For the first issue, implement step 1 of Connection Problems. If this does not work, please follow the last connection problems step and send a log to me via the help desk.
For the second, "Anyone using the BlackBerry Storm and having a grey background around the actual application is running it in compatibility mode. http://www.rimarkable.com/blackberry-storm...patibility-mode details this problem and how to stop it happening."

Craig,
Thanks for your assistance thus far. My new error is "Error: Session expired. Please disable IP session checking."
I have searched your forum and could not find anything on this topic. I looked all around the browser settings on my blackberry and could not figure it out. I do not know if it is a blackberry or kayako issue at this point.
thanks,
Johnny

Craig,
Thanks for a great product and your assistance. Everything is working great. How do you view page 2,3,4 etc on a Storm? Can not figure it out and looked in your forum and can not find anything on it.
