Hi I have just downloaded and installed the trial.
I have logged in and synced however no tickets are showing in the client.
Any ideas?

For now, please go into Settings and change Connection to Carrier Data Network. We are releasing 1.0.1 the next few days that will address this issue (it is when using HTTPS and BIS as connection method).

Hi Craig,
I have tried all connection options available. My account was not defined as https in fact our Kayako hasnt been given an SSL config yet.
However the interface still shows a progress window downloading tickets. I can see via Filters that my queues and departments are there.
I can see everything looks right if I create a ticket. However I am still seeing no tickets in the client window.
Great product if it works ! I would like to deploy this to my support team as soon as we can show this works.
Please help Obi Wan
FYI I did the install for the first time yesterday and it shows 3 days remaining on the trial. Is this right?

Hello,
It resets the days 24 hours after you install it.
Please follow all the connection issues listed on http://forums.kayako.com/f52/blackberry-ti...t-kayako-22099/ and if it still fails, please follow step 7 and send me a test login and also the log via our help desk. I will then look into what is going wrong for you.
