Please could anyone posting bug reports pay attention to the following notes.

1. Please search first! Other users may of reported the bug you are reporting in the past. Please find their topic and post a reply to it to say you are having the same issue. The forum software is packed with a good internal search engine that allows you to select only the Bug Reports board and its sub-boards to enable you to find if anyone has previously posted it quickly. Duplicate reports lead to wasted time for our software architects.

2. You may be wondering why our staff are posting Bug Reports here. This is because we get a lot of feedback from our fully managed store clients as well as clients who speak to us over the phone. Adding them here allows our architects to investigate them meaning they get the same treatment as if they posted here directly.

3. No guarantees of timescales are made for Bug Reports that we have confirmed are bugs. Although we try to fix bugs as soon as we can, some bugs may take longer than others to fix.

4. Please tick "Enable email notification of replies?" when posting so that you receive notification when a reply is made to it. This allows you to post more information should our software architects request it.
