Please could anyone posting feature requests pay attention to the following notes.

1. Please search first! Other users may of requested the feature you are requesting in the past. Please find their topic and add your support to it instead. The forum software is packed with a good internal search engine that allows you to select only the Feature Requests board and its sub-boards to enable you to find if anyone has previously posted it quickly. Duplicate requests lead to wasted time for our software architects.

2. You may be wondering why our staff are posting Feature Requests here. This is because we get a lot of feedback from our fully managed store clients as well as clients who speak to us over the phone. Adding them here allows our architects to decide if they are a good idea meaning they get the same treatment as if they posted here directly.

3. No guarantees of timescales are made for Feature Requests that we have decided we will implement. Although we try to get features implemented as soon as we can, we don't say how long this will be to avoid disappointment.

4. If you require a feature urgently, we suggest you look into our Guaranteed Inclusion for Features service. With this, if we agree that the feature will be of benefit to our software, we give you a price to implement it. This price is cost price for the time we estimate it will take the developer(s) to implement the feature. The developer(s) will then finish off whatever they are currently working on, implement your feature and then release a new version of the software for you to upgrade to.

5. Please tick "Enable email notification of replies?" when posting so that you receive notification when a reply is made to it. This allows you to post more information should our software architects request it.
