Hello,

Trying to set this up with whmcs (v4x) and kayako's esupport (version 3.2x). I've already got esupport and whmcs integrated using loginshare.

Problem:

When they login, they see the client area page first that shows them open tickets and due invoices area.

The kayako integration is not displaying actual open support tickets.

How can I fix this using your API here?

I've already unzipped, modified config and uploaded "integrationapi" folder inside my kayako esupport root folder so it looks like this:

/esupport/integrationapi

I'm not sure what else to do from here.

Hello,

Our API is just that - an API. You actually need to integrate applications yourself. You would need to re-code the integration using our API if you wished to use it.

I have a standalone page I created with the same style and I thought I was ready to drop it in my template. However, I get a blank page. It seems that smarty doesn't like it. If I ever get around messing with it some more, I'll post the code
