You mean "Start", "System", "Today"
Kayako Client client is already ticket, as it already showed in the Today screen after install.
I checked and its ticket already.

i unticket it and ticket it again and it works now.
Does this connect directly to the server or has it a proxy or middle man? In that case I think the proxy server from Craig brass was down. now it connected it 1 second.

Ok after connecting I tried it on the local lan.
First. Visitor doesnt get welcome message.
Chat starts.
But from the Phone I cannot see any text.
Everything I type from the phone the visitor receives ok.
Everything the visitors types I dont receive on the phone, neither I see what I type.
First I thought it was the Kaspersky firewall on the phone, so i turned the firewall off, default setting is low, low setting in KIS Windows Mobile allows outgoing connections but doesnt allow incoming. So turning the firewall off did not worked either.
I will try turning the antivirus completelye but i dont think that would be the issue.

What version are you running? Could you also attach the log which should be named log.txt in the root directory of your phone.

Hello Dima,
Can you please find the log.txt file which should be in the root folder of your phone and then submit it as a ticket to http://www.craigbrasssystems.com/helpdesk/
Could you also include a test staff login to your desk for answering live chats.

Ok second try. Sorry it took so long. I upgraded my phone to Windows mobile 6.1, the think was I was having a nasty problem with Vista 64 and it was not in sync with the phone anymore. It took weeks to research a fix. Finally I found a hack, changing the registry, deleting files, stopping services and reinstalling windows mobile center. Finally the damm think can sync again with the phone. So i had only today the chance to upgrade to 6.1. I could not do it before because you need to be have a working sync partnership.
I will test the chat again today on the version which doesnt have any data on it.

I have had that issue 2-3 times now and it is REALLY REALLY annoying. Microsoft refuses to accept it is a problem from what I have read. It does appear to be a Windows issue, though, rather than a phone issue.

Well it it helps I followed this post. I could not sync for months. Im sure it was a registry problem. I used this instructions combined with some other things I did to fix it:
http://www.windowsmobiletraining.com/Conne...ums/t/2707.aspx
I tried everything and those instructions helped me out.
Back again to my Kayako Live Help.
Today I installed again. Same problem as before. It did not connected to the server. So I went to setting, today Screen, unmarked it and market it again. It connected.
On the PC side you see the text you type and the text received from the phone. Side staff.
On the phone you dont see any text. Not the one you reply, not the client side. Just blank.
So it seems the phone apps is not getting the data to show on the screen.
Running Windows Mobile 6.1 just upgrade on a HTC TyN II (Kaiser)
Installed the app on the phones memory.

Can you grab the log from the root folder and submit it along with some test staff login details to your desk to http://www.craigbrasssystems.com/helpdesk/ and I will take a look ASAP. Note that the trial runs out so please submit as soon as you can.

What do you mean? Hard rest what? Your phone?
I did that, for installing the new Windows mobile and same problem, before and now.
