After using Viper Cart, you may wonder why there is no option for customers to select HTML or Plain Text e-mails. This is because both the Plain Text and the HTML versions of the e-mail are sent in the same email.

Simply put, this means their email client will show them the HTML version if it can support it or the Plain Text version if it cannot.

This, in our opinion, is less confusing for the end user who may not know what Plain Text / HTML e-mails are, never mind which one they should select for their client.
