regarding getDepartmentList should the password parameter be the MD5 hash or the actual password string.

Can you point me in the proper direction...

I can only get one username/password combination to work are there any restrictions on what type of a username it can be (i.e. administrator, staff, or whatever else we setup)?

Thanks in advance...

You need to pass the actual password to each function (not just getDepartmentList). There are no restrictions on either username or password - the ones you use in the API client just has to match what you set in the API configuration file.

Hope this helps.

Thanks...

After playing around for the last few hours I finally figured out that the config.php needed to match whatever was passed in the API call.
