Here are a few feature requests.
1) Ability to run in the background and automatically SYNC (Check for new tickets) like every few minutes (however long we input in the settings) and when there is a new ticket sound an alert... Which we should be able to set our own alert sound... Also should do like the email apps and put a red star above the App Icon to indicate new message waiting or in this case new ticket waiting.
2a) Licensing System - Currently we get a key that works with a specific PIN only but we should be able to go into the App and "Revoke License" and then re-enter the same license key into another device.
2b) Licensing System - Should be able to buy a license key that supports multiple devices so for example if say I have a company that has 100 devices I should be able to purchase a license that supports 100 instances and use that one key instead of having to save and remember 100+ different keys and which device they go too...
3) Updates - App should automaticly check for updates and then either automaticly install the update... or at the least notify you there is a update so you can download and install it..

ok cool if need ideas for a license system and dont wanna build your own from scratch can checkout phpaudit... currently its only for PHP Web Apps but I talked to the owner a while ago and said could easily modify it to support mobile phone apps.... I also like the system cause you can set it up so that app checks in with the license server every so often to verify license to see if its still valid, that comes in handy especially when someone buys a license and then says issues a chargeback on the credit card.. cause then you can cancel the license...

a simple feature request actually...
A Setting for "Sync on Reply" so after replying to a ticket it will automatically sync the response, or at least post the response to the support system.
This is the only thing that I really see missing at the moment, I'm not sure if the background ability is enabled on the directdownload, or if its enabled yet, but that too would be a nice feature.
If a "Sync on Reply" was added I would then buy this.

If you mean background checking, this is enabled on a per account basis by setting the number of minutes you want checking to take place.
