Hi,

I find the API idea very good but what about a method to search into the knowledge base? It's written that's a future feature, can you provide some more information like when it will be realized ?

With version 4 of Kayako supposed to be going final in the first half of this year, I doubt we will be adding this feature. Version 4 will feature an API with all the functions of our API and hopefully the Knowledge Base searching you are requesting.
