Setting up the BlackBerry Ticket Client for Kayako is very simple. Just follow the following instructions.
Via BlackBerry Desktop Manager
1. Download the ZIP file using the link on the Cool App Lab site.
2. Extract the ZIP file to your desktop.
3. Connect the phone to your computer.
4. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager, go into Application Launcher and click Start below Add / Remove Applications.
5. Click Browse and locate the ALX file you extracted on your desktop applicable to your device. If using a device with Operating System 4.5 or below, use the _old ALX file. Click Next and continue through the installation process.
Over The Air
1. Copy the URL listed on the Cool App Lab site into the address bar of the BlackBerry internet browser.
2. Select to Download the application.
3. Restart the device.
You will be asked to enter details about your help desk on first launch.
