Version 1.0.6 :-
* Implemented new licensing system. This connects to our licensing server to confirm licences on activation and when you install an updated version. The main advantage of this is you can now revoke licences for instant activation on a new device.
* Replaced internal parser used to parse tickets once they are downloaded to the device. This should speed up loading for larger help desks.
* Replaced logo with one that better suited the application's functionality.
* Renamed the software so it shows on the device as simply Ticket Client for Kayako.
* Tidied up various page titles and message text.
* Touch devices such as the Storm now allow you to click anywhere inside the box on the ticket list to open a ticket. Previously you could only click the square area where the flag colour was shown.
* Adjusted the way the menu works so that older wheel based devices work with our application. On these devices, pushing the wheel in opens the menu. To open a ticket, you simply select Open on the menu.
* Added ability to check for updates within the application. If an update is available, it is downloaded and installed if you choose to proceed.
* The Licence Agreement now shows when you install the application and on each reinstall / update. It must be accepted to continue.
* Continuing to scroll down at the bottom of a page will now move you onto the next page.
* On older wheel based devices, holding the Alt button while using the scroll wheel will now quickly move you from page to page in a similar way to moving left and right on the newer tracker ball and tracker pad devices.
