Hello,

I've succesfully used the API to integrate several methods (getDepartmentList , getSubmittedTickets ,postTicketReply etcetera) and they work like a charm.

However upon calling getTicketAttachment with the information retrieved with getSubmittedTicket (attachmentId), no results are returned.

Not even an empty array or such after print_r of the object variable.

When I put a hard echo in the method getTicketAttachment rigth below the global declarations in api.class.php it doesn't get returned either, so for some reason it really looks like the method doen't get called?

Someone experiencing similar or any difficulities with getTicketAttachment ?

Mysteriously this issue has resolved itself. Done nothing, but now get an appropriate error msg.

Glad it's fixed itself

Unfortunately a lot of the time when stuff goes wrong, it's a problem deep inside Kayako, and finding & fixing those issues is very difficult - my expertise are in PHP, not Kayako's inner workings.
