When I start a staff chat, for every message sent I receive this message: Unable to deliver the chat message. Please wait for the chat session to begin.
When a customer start a chat request, I can't read what he writes... I need to go to chat history to read.

Have you got a Windows machine you can run the official client on to rule out it being your install of Kayako as I can't reproduce this.

I've tested on Windows and I have the same problem on this platform too.

What version of Kayako are you running? Have you modified it in any way? When you did updates, did you revert the required templates?
