Hi, thank You very much for your work!

Found one bug in live chat. When typing russian characters in chat from plugin it can not send message, but from kayako chat messege goes normal.
Tried on Fedora, win2003, WinXp, wine. Tried last version but will try others too.

Tried to fix it, but its seem the error ocures in firefox convert unicode function, i`m not developer :-( will try with other versions of firefox. Tried with 4.0 firefox, same error, on 5.0 doesnt work at all.
Want to find where send function in livechat plugin? please help.
about working in 5.0 firefox, same error if installing it on version higher 3.5.9 "not registered object chrome://kayako/content/*.png" if i install it on 3.5.9 then upgrade to 4.0.1 working fine , but russian same error.
