I notice the following in future features:
- Ticket Custom Fields
- Knowledge Base Searching
We would really like to see these especially the ticket custom field(s). Being a software developer myself I know time lines are hard to give but do you have any idea on when you guys might finish either of these?

Possibly in the new year? I am really looking for Kayako to give me some kind of incling on V4 release so I can determine if it is worth doing (as V4 will include an API to do this anyway)...
