Live Chat API

Can any share live chat api ... so that i can upload msn / other messenger chat logs in kayako.
It's a must thing as most of our leads are brought through MSN / Skype / Yahoo messengers.

This is really beyond the scope of our API. I suggest you post a feature request for V4 in Kayako's forum so that they will add this into their own API built into V4.
