When I tried to uncheck the two notify options in settings->Help Desk properties the "Enabled ticket module" also is getting uncheked. Wich means the module will be turned off.

This must be a bug? Or isnt it possible to have the module active without the notifications?

Do you mean that if both are unticked, it doesn't refresh the department counts on the toolbar(s)?

No, if both are unticked, the toolbar says "Account disabled. Please check settings". And when I enter settings again, the checkbox for "Enable Tickets Module" has been removed also.

Oh yes, your right. I'll pass this onto the developer.

This functionality has been added in the latest build. See http://www.craigbrasssystems.com/forum/ind...p?showtopic=112
