Hi Craig,
I would like to say this is a great feature, we are an all Mac company here and I have been frustrated for some time that we have not been able to use all the tools available to us.
It would be great to have the Live Support function added in and I can see that you have it slated for release, can you give us an update of when you expect that to happen?

Yes, sorry it is taking a bit longer than expected. Due to feedback about FireFox having to be up and running, we are redoing parts of it to make it much better.

You did a great job with live support. Thank you very much for making the FF plugin. But can it make a noise when their is someone requesting to chat?
If I hide FF it doesn't make any sound. It just bounces on the dock, and I usually miss that.
really great work other than that functionality.
