Hi

Thanks for a great plug-in.

I just have a problem with the saving of settings. When I change the "Open Links In" in the Ticket Tab, it doesn't save the setting. Also the "Live Support" options dont save either.

Not sure if you are still working on it, but thought I would let you know.

Thanks

Dear Jack,

I have just tested it and it works fine for me (saving all Ticket settings). Can you let me know your operating system and version of FireFox please?

Regarding the Live Support settings. These don't work yet as we are still working on the Live Support side. A new version will be released shortly including this functionality.

Hi

I am still having the issue of not being able to save any Settings.

The "Accounts" save OK but in the "Tickets" and "Live Support" area, anything I change just gets reverted back and "Original" value.

I am using Firefox 3.0.5 on Ubuntu 8.10.

Thanks

Confirmed and forwarded to the developer. Hopefully we should have a fix in a few days.

Thanks.

Almost all of it is saving now. Only 1 thing doesn't seem to save.

"Mark me away when idle"....both the tick box and the value box don't save.

Thanks for the quick fix

That isn't working under Windows either. I'll pass it onto the developer.

How do I save the settings when using the DrWeb 5.0 boot disc or launching DrWeb 5.0 off a USB flash drive portable/standalone style in a Windows environment i.e., BartPE so I can load them manually or automatically when scanning multiple computers?

There isn't a plain text file you would be able to automatically provision with.
