Setting up the FireFox Client for Kayako is very simple. Just follow the following instructions.

1. Click the link to download the FireFox Extension in the Details and Download thread when you are inside FireFox.

2. Click the "Allow" button then click the "Install Now" button.

3. Restart FireFox.

4. If you see the menu at the top for this plugin, continue to Step 5. If not, right click to the right of the Navigation Toolbar (to the right of where it says "File", "Edit", etc) and tick Kayako Toolbar.

5. Click the Options button to the right of the toolbar and click Settings.

6. Click the Add button to the right of the Accounts section, fill in all the details and click Ok.
